CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – One person is jailed and another remains at large after a 21-year-old soldier was shot and killed outside of his Clarksville home over the weekend.
Police said suspect Joshua Aretz, 21, is jailed in Montgomery County for prior charges.
Suspect Emmanuel Wallace of Murfreesboro remains at large.
Liperial “ Savon” Easterling was shot outside his home on Teakwood Drive around 1 a.m. Sunday.
A motive has not been released.
Police said their investigation has not revealed any connection to drug or gang-related activities. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation is assisting in the case.
