WARREN COUNTY, Tenn.– Warren County deputies have arrested an El Paso, Texas man after he kidnapped, assaulted, raped and sodomized a woman. WCSO says 32-year-old Richard Garcia held the victim against her will inside a home on the 700 block of Beech Bend Park Road when the assault took place. Police arrested Garcia and he is being held on First Degree Rape, First Degree Sodomy, Kidnapping and Assault charges.
