CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WKRN) – A man was arrested Monday night at a memorial site for the Chattanooga shooting and it was caught on camera by our affiliate WTVC.
It happened on Lee Highway at the scene of the first shooting on Thursday, which is the Recruitment Center on Lee Highway. Click here for complete coverage of the Chattanooga shooting.
According to WTVC, the man was charged with disorderly conduct and inciting a riot.
