The Tennessee Department of Revenue has shut down the Bojangles on Memorial Boulevard for failing to pay taxes.
The state recently posted a sign on the chicken restaurant building in front of the U.S. Post Office and across Memorial from SportsCom with a public notice stating it has been seized for nonpayment of state taxes under Tennessee law.
People are warned not to remove or tamper with the property in any manner.
