BOWLING GREEN, Ky. — A man is charged with rape, sodomy, kidnapping and murder in the death of seven-year-old Gabriella Doolin in Scottsville, Ky.
Kentucky State Police brought 38-year-old Timothy Madden to the Allen County Detention Center before his transfer to a lockup in Warren County. Madden is being held on a $1 million bond.Madden is from Allen County and went to Scottsville High School, where Gabbi’s father attended.
No other details were released during a press conference held by the KSP this afternoon, as the investigation is still open.
