Toy Safety Org Releases “10 Worst Toys of 2015” List

BOSTON, MA.– The toy safety organization W.A.T.C.H. (World Against Toys Causing Harm) has released their annual report of the “10 Worst Toys of 2015.”

The organization says there has been a 40% increase in toy-related injuries between 2009-2011 and says “there remains an alarming number of dangerous toys on store shelves, in catalogues and on e-retailers’ websites.”

–Kick Flipper: Potential for head and impact injuries

–Leonardo’s Electronic Stealth Sword: Potential for blunt force injuries.

–Kid Connection Doctor Play Set: Potential for ingestion and choking injuries.

–Pull Along Zebra: Potential for strangulation and entanglement injuries.

–Jurassic World Velociraptor Claws: Potential for eye and facial injuries.
