The Mt. Juliet Police Department is offering a $500 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of suspect(s) responsible for a string of car burglaries overnight.
According to police, five unlocked vehicles were targeted by thieves in the Hickory Hills, Willoughby Station, Park Glen, Timber Trail and Oak Hall neighborhoods. A .40 caliber Glock handgun was among the items stolen from the cars.
Police are advising residents to keep their car doors locked, taking valuables out of your car, parking in well-lit areas and calling in suspicious activity.
