HOPKINSVILLE, KY.– Hopkinsville police have charged 33-year-old Mark Davis with Criminal Abuse after his toddler was found outside alone for the third time in 48 hours.
According to police, a neighbor called police who responded to the South Main Street apartment and found the two-year-old on the neighbor’s second story porch steps. Davis told police he didn’t know where the child was and didn’t know how he got out of the home.
