I Rose Anne Carden Riddle am running for Property Assessor of Coffee County. I am committed to serving you and making the Coffee County Property Assessor’s Office not just competent, but outstanding. I believe the Property Assessor’s Office can make great strides under my guidance.
The Property Assessor’s Office is responsible for providing accurate and timely property assessments and for determining eligibility for various tax exceptions and exclusions. I believe there can be much improvement in maintaining current appraisals and assessment records of the county, by keeping and staying abreast of ALL property transactions throughout the year. There is much improvement to be made in this area.
Having worked in many aspects of Business Administration I will bring my leadership and knowledge from the private sector to managing and maintaining a knowledgeable and courteous office staff. I will also make it my goal to have a great working relationship with all Departments.
I ask for your support and your vote on March 1. We can make a Difference in the Property Assessor’s Office. VOTE FOR CHANGE , HONEST and ACCURATE Tax Appraisals of ALL Properties.
